Hi everybody!

Here's another holiday proposal. I'd say that the main colors for the holidays, especially Christmas, red, green and white, and as festive as they can be - sequins, nail art, stickers, anything. Of course, it's easy to squeeze in silver, blue for white snowflakes' base... So I've decided to show you one holiday polish from one of my favorite brands: Flormar, Sorbet 02.

evo još jednog prijedloga za blagdane. Rekla bih da su glavne boje blagdana,  pogotovo Božića,  crvena, zelena i bijela i to u što veselijim izdanjima - šljokice, nail art, naljepnice, bilo što. Naravno, uguraju se tu lako i srebrna, plava kao podloga za bijele pahulje... I tako sam odlučila pokazati vam jedan blagdanski lak meni vrlo drage marke: Flormar, Sorbet 02.

Ruffian manikura

Something simple today... No stamping, no stickers, no troublesome manicures, just good old ruffian. I like this nail art technique a lot because it’s simple and minimalistic, with clean lines, and even if you messed up the color combo, the minimalism and the shipshape thing should get you out of the woods. What I’ve envisioned this time was something cheerful, lively colored in mint-turquoise and purple. Of course I’ve got distracted and led astray to purple but not nearly as fun and vibrant.

Danas nešto jednostavno... Nikakvo pečatiranje, pravljenje stickera, kao ni ine muke po manikiranju, nego samo dobar stari ruffian. Ovu tehniku nail arta jako volim jer je jednostavna i minimalistička, čistih linija i čak i da zeznete kombinaciju boja, taj minimalizam i cakum-pakum đir bi vas mogao izvući. Ono što sam si ja ovog puta zamislila je nešto veselo, živih boja i to kombinaciju neke mint-tirkizne i ljubičaste nijanse. Naravno da se našlo nešto što me totalno odvelo s puta i ostala sam pri ljubičastoj, ali nimalo veseloj i živoj.

Kao što sam najavila, danas donosim post o lakovim koje sam lakirala tokom ljeta i to u pravom smislu riječi ljeta. :) Bilo je tu svega, lakova koji su k meni došli tek nedavno, ali i onih primjeraka koji stoje poprilično dugo, a nikako nisu došli na red od silne predivne vojske bočica. Ono što je svima zajedničko koliko god stajali kod mene svi su novi u smislu da su po prvi put nalakirani.

Anny Exotic je klasičan ljetni lakić. Plava i zelena (od kojih je zelena mrvu više) su se stopile u tirkiznu, ali je ta boja pomalo prigušena. Zbog toga neće samo pasati na cvjetne haljine, nego i na traper kombinacije ;)

My favourite nail polishes

Each of us has its favourite nail polishes. Those are polishes which we wear either in daily activities or in some special occasions. I also have my 10 favourite polishes and I wouldn`t change them for anything in the world.

Svatko od nas ima svoje najdraže lakove. To su lakovi koje nosimo bilo u svakodnevnim aktivnostima bilo u nekim svečanim prigodama. Tako i ja imam svojih 10 najdražih lakova koje ne bih mijenjala :)

Updating collection with bunch of greens

I was trying to restrain my self from buying polishes, but yesterday I've let my self fron the leash and bought 6 new beauties :) I cannot resist green polishes so here is the result...

Pokušavam se suzdržati od kupovine novih lakova, no jučer sam si dala malo oduška i kupila 6 divnih primjeraka :) Ne mogu odoljeti zelenim lakićima pa evo rezultata...

First 3 are Orly's, all swatches are in 3 layers / Prva 3 su Orly, svi swatchevi su u 3 sloja:

Orly – Bailamos

Dear readers!

I had a request for next polish - Orly Bailamos. It is beautiful turquoise shade with bright turquoise but subtle shimmer.

It is really great summer color and it's quite opaque. Here I've used:

• 1 layer Sally Hansen Maximum Growth as a base
• 2 layers of Orly Bailamos
• 1 layer Seche Vite as a fast drying top coat

Zoya - Charla

This beautiful colors is called Zoya Charla

Whenever I see it I remember mermaids instantly, and their iridescent fish tail. Color is really astonishing, containing light and dark green glitter in blue base.

I've putted 2 coats of Zoya, but if you want it to be opaque even when looking it facing light, put 3 coats just to be sure. On top of it there is Seche Vite, althrough this polish shines like crazy even without it!

China Glaze DV8

Hello everyone!

For this post I've picked beautiful holographic nail polish China Glaze DV8. On this picture I've used two coats, and on the pinkie and ring finger I've also putted Seche Vite top coat. What surprised me is that top coat haven't made holo effect weaker as I thought it would.

China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise

The summer is coming, birds are singing, sun is shining... Don't you feel like wearing a neon polish? I do :D
I bought beautiful turquoise neon called China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise, and I swatched it for you.

It is a matte shade, but if you don't like matte polishes you can always make it shine with your favorite top coat. Let's see some pictures :)

The shiniest you're going to get with this matte on a very strong sun:

OFC I tried some nail art again, I think this was more successful :)
