Lilac seduction

Well, seduction - my ass! :( I guess I can't always be thrilled about nail polishes, so today I have one big disappointment for you. Well said! :) It's a big disappointment for me and that's my way to say:"Don't buy it!". Actually, I think it's discontinued so you can't even buy it anymore - luckily for you!

E pa zavođenje - malo sutra! :( Pretpostavljam da ne mogu uvijek biti oduševljena lakićima pa tako danas za vas imam jedno veliko razočaranje. Dobro rečeno! :) Veliko je razočaranje za mene i to je moj način da vam kažem:"Nemojte ga kupovati!" Zapravo, mislim da više nije ni u prodaji pa ga više ne možete ni kupiti - srećom!

This is Deborah Milano 32 Lilac seduction and I bought it... OMG, I don't know when! :/ Maybe a year ago or just a little bit less. I bought three shades more: the blue one (28 Celestial sky), the yellow one (20 Yellow submarine) and the orange one (19 Sombrero tan). These shades I used already and they are totally ok - not the most pigmented nail polishes but with two coats, you get what you expect. This Lila seduction is a total disaster. I wouldn't be that sad (and angry) if I hadn't see te review of this nail polish at Das Experiment where I red that the polish covers flawlessly in 2 coats. I was so excited, like OMG - I have that nail polish in my stash and it's so gorgeous. Yeah, right! :/

Ovo je Deborah Milano 32 Lilac seduction i kupila sam ga... Ajme, ne znam kada! :/ Možda prije godinu dana ili nešto manje. Kupila sam još 3 nijanse: plavu (28 Celestial sky), žutu (20 Yellow submarine) i narančastu (19 Sombrero tan). Te nijanse sam već koristila i sasvim su ok - nisu najpigmentiraniji lakići, ali s dva sloja dobijete što očekujete. Ovaj Lila seduction je totalna katastrofa. Ne bih bila tako tužna (i ljuta) da nisam vidjela recenziju ovog lakića kod Das Experiment, gdje sam pročitala da ovaj lakić besprijekorno prekriva u 2 sloja. Baš sam bila uzbuđena jer sam skontala da imam tako divan lakić u svojoj kolekciji. Da, baš! :/

Not only does not cover in 2 coats, but not even in 3. On the pictures I have a base coat and 3 coats of Lila seduction. If I have added a fourth one, I don't think it would still be enough. I mean, you see how it looks. So disappointing! :( But I don't want to mention only bad things. Ofcourse this nail polish has its qualitys and that really is that you can apply polish with your eyes closed. Yes, it's that smooth and easy! If I decide to use this polish again, it would be as a top coat. I think it might be really good for layering but that's all. I don't care if the nail polish is the most beautiful in the whole world if I have to layer it all day long.

Ne samo da ne prekriva u 2 sloja, nego čak ni u 3. Na slikama imam bazu i 3 sloja Lilac seduction lakića. Da sam dodala i četvrti, mislim da ipak ne bi bilo dovoljno. Mislim, vidite kako izgleda. Totalno razočaravajuće! :( Ali ne želim samo spominjati ono loše. Naravno da ovaj lakić ima i svojih kvaliteta i to stvarno je da ga možete nalakirati zatvorenih očiju. Da, toliko je glatko i jednostavno! Ako odlučim ovaj lakić koristiti opet, bit će to kao nadlak. Mislim da bi stvarno mogao biti dobar za lejering, no to je sve. Mene ne zanima lakić, ma da je najljepši na svijetu ako cijeli dan moram nadograđivati slojeve.

So, not wanting to add the fourth and maybe even fifth coat, I did a little gradient to camouflage the white nail line. At the top of the nail I made a grid with nail stripes and sponged Catrice 430 Purpleized over it. I got the idea on the internet and I thought it could turn up nice. Well it did although it could be neater, but it's the first time I'm doing something like this. On my ring fingers and my thumbs I added 2 blue-white square studs to make the manicure more funky and that's what I like the most.

Dakle, kako nisam htjela dodati četvrti, a možda i peti sloj, napravila sam gradient kako bih zakamuflirala bijelu liniju nokta. Na vrhu nokta sam napravila rešetku od samoljepljivih trakica za nokte i pospužvala Catrice 430 Purpleized preko nje. Ideju sam skupila na internetu i mislila sam da bi moglo ispasti simpa. I je iako je moglo biti i urednije, no prvi je put da radim nešto ovakvo. Na prstenjake i palce sam dodala po 2 crno-bijele četvrtaste zakovice kako bi manikura izgledala više funky i to mi se najviše sviđa.

When I look at these pictures I have to say that my nails look pretty interesting, but next time I'll definitely watch more over the neatness. What do you think? And do you have this trouble polish Lilac seduction? If you do, is it really that sheer or is it just me?

Kada pogledam ove fotke, moram reći da mi nokti izgledaju prilično zanimljivo, no sljedeći put ću definitivno više pripaziti na urednost. Što vi mislite? I imate li vi ovu nevolju od lakića Lilac seduction? Ako imate, je li stvarno tako slabo pigmentiran ili je problem u meni?
