I've always considered golden polishes very elegant and sophisticated. Also, they work with my, somewhat warmer, skin tone. That's why I've bought quite a lot so far, and today I'm showcasing Pupa m007.

Inglot 304 in Golden Peach

Happy New Year! I hope you celebrated it in god company and merry surroundings :)

I own just one Inglot polish, No 304. In my opinion, the brand is quite expensive, so I'd never bought it until Inglot store was closing and everything went 70% off. Then I bought this polish for about 3 Euros, a lipstick and I think that was it because the rest of the things I was interested in were already sold.

Sretna vam Nova Godina! Nadam se da ste ju proslavili u dobrom društvu i veselom okruženju :)

Posjedujem samo jedan Inglot lak, broj 304. Obzirom da je ta marka po meni dosta skupa, nisam ju nikad prije kupovala sve dok se prodavaonica Inglot kozmetike nije zatvarala pa je sve bilo sniženo 70%. Tada sam kupila ovaj lak za samo 23kn, još jedan ruž i mislim da je to to jer su stvari koje su mi bile interesantne već bile rasprodane.

New untrieds

Hi, guys! These days I continue with my mission - try as many as possible of my untried nail polishes. So today I have 5 brand new polishes for you. And right from the start, today I won't choose my favorite one because I just love them all. To tell you the truth, I was a bit surprised how much beautys I have in my stash so I'm looking forward to the next episode of my mission. :)

Bok, ljudi! Ovih dana nastavljam svoju misiju - isprobati što je više moguće svojih neisprobanih lakića. Tako danas imam 5 potpuno novih lakića za vas. I odmah na početku, danas neću favorizirati niti jednoga jer ih jednostavno volim sve. Iskreno da vam kažem, bila sam malo iznenađena koliko divota imam u svojoj zbirci pa se radujem sljedećoj epizodi ove moje misije. :) 

I just came to say hello... (and other stuff :D), part I

So, hello everyone! How you're doing? :) Long time no see (or in this case read)! I haven't posted for a while now for several reasons! I was on my vacation at sea and had no contact with anybody because of some technical difficulties. Let's say my new 4 days old mobile phone crashed and I lost all my numbers and pictures and everything. Disaster, I know! :/ Thank god, my camera didn't disappoint me so I managed to take photos of manicures that I wore during my absence and these manicures I'm bringing you today.

Pa pozdrav svima! Kako ste? Dugo se nismo vidjeli (ili u ovom slučaju čitali)! Nisam postala neko vrijeme iz različitih razloga! Bila sam na odmoru na moru i nisam imala kontakt ni sa kim zbog nekih tehničkih poteškoća. Recimo da mi je novi, 4 dana star mobitel krepao (kako ja to stručno volim reći :D) i izgubila sam sve brojeve i fotke i sve. Katastrofa, znam! :/ Hvala Bogu, fotić me nije razočarao pa sam uspjela poslikati manikure koje sam nosila tokom odsutnosti i te vam manikure donosim danas.

Ugliest challenge - Flormar U22

Hi again! This challenge is really weird for me, because I would never say for any of my polish that it is ugly. But I've chosen Flormar U22 because I don't feel the best wearing polish through which you can see my nail tips. So, today I'm presenting you this polish that looks wonderful on top of some other polish, but on my bare nails, it looks worse :)

Pozdrav! Ovaj izazov je vrlo neobičan za mene jer ne bih nikad za neki od mojih lakova rekla da je ružan. Ali ipak ću vam pokazati Flormar U22 jer mi se ne sviđa kako moji nokti izgledaju kada nanesem neki lak kroz koji mi se još uvijek vide vrhovi noktiju. Tako da vam prezentiram ovaj lak koji izgleda zaista divno preko nekog drugog laka, no nanesen sam je blah :)

Anny - Bloody red news

How are you spending this weekend? Weather here in Croatia is beautiful, some field trip might be nice. But don't forget to polish your nails nicely before you go :)

I really recommend this color - Anny - Bloody red news. It is beautiful deep vine red color that looks very elegant and classy. I've upgraded it with gold glitter Flormar 395, and it became great even as a holiday combination.

Kako provodite ovaj vikend? Ovdje je vrijeme divno, neki izlet bi odgovarao odlično. Nemojte samo zaboraviti nalakirati nokte prije nego što krenete :)

Ako nemate ideje što bih nalakirale, preporučam vam Anny - Bloody red news. Nijansa je divna i duboka, boja crvenog vina koja izgleda vrlo elegantno. Manikuru sam nadogradila sam Flormarom broj 395, tj. zlatnim šljokicama. S nadogradnjom izgleda odlično i kao blagdanska manikura.

Oriental nails

Not necessarily oriental, but... I had to name this manicure somehow! :) Do you like oriental jewelry? I do a lot! It looks really gorgeous. Ofcourse, I don't wear it in real life because no matter the occasion, it's just too much. The other day I saw this Bollywood video on youtube and was stunned once again by the beauty of their hair jewelry so I thought: why wouldn't I wear it at least on my nails?

Ne nužno orijentalni, ali... Morala sam nekako nazvati manikuru! :) Sviđa li se vama orjentalni nakit? Meni jako! Izgleda božanstveno. Naravno, ne nosim ga nikada jer je u svakoj situaciji jednostavno previše. Neki dan sam gledala neki Bollywood video na youtubeu i opet bila zaprepaštena ljepotom njihovog nakita za kosu pa sam pomislila zašto ga ne bih nosila barem na noktima?

Nail art - Reversed half moon dotted over nude

I'm not really into nude shades, I like stronger shades more, in nail art, make up and clothing. But nude as a nail art base can really be great, as in this example.

Nisam baš osoba za neutralne nijanse, puno više volim jače nijanse, kako u manikurama, tako i u šminci i odjeći. Ali neutralna nijansa kao baza za nail art može biti stvarno odličan izbor, kao u sljedećem primjeru.

It is like having gold dust on your nails. Shade is sand gold color made of small shimmer particles. It goes from the neutral to cold side because there is also some silverish/white shimmer added into the polish.

Osjećaj je kao da imate zlatnu prašinu na noktima. Nijansa je pješčano zlatna sačinjena od sitnog shimmera. Boja se kreće od neutralnog prema hladnom tonu zato što je sačinjena ne samo od zlatnog nego i od srebrno-bijelog shimmera.

Flormar 395 glitter in gold over Miyo 25 in blue

Spring still didn't came in my country if we are considering weather. It is raining almost every day so I decided to make it brighter. Sparkling nails served well :)

Proljeće još nije došlo u Hrvatsku ako je suditi po vremenu. Kiši skoro svaki dan pa sam odlučila malo razvedriti ovaj dan. Blješteći nokti su poslužili svrsi :)

Layering was done as follows:

• Eveline Maximum Growth as a base coat
• 2 layers of Miyo 25
• 1 layer of gilltering Flormar 395
• Seche Vite as a top coat

 Slojevi su sljedeći:

• Eveline Maximum growth kao bazni lak
• 2 sloja plavog Miyo 25
• 1 sloj zlatnih šljokica Flormar 395
• Seche Vite završni sloj

This combination reminds me of starry night...

Ova kombinacija me podsjeća na noć punu zvijezda...

Sally Hansen – Copper Glamour

Hello!

This color was bought while trying to find perfect champagne gold shade of nail polish. It is Sally Hansens Copper Glamour.

I still haven't find my perfect polish in that shade, so if you have any suggestions please let me know :)

Valentine's nail art

Dear readers!

I'm very busy lately, so I don't manage to post as much as I did before.
This week I did Valentine's manicure

First I've polished Eveline Maximum growth base polish.

After that I've layered 2 layers of Deborah Lippmann - Nefertiti that I've got as a gift from my darling, thank you!

And then I've painted hearts with Essie - Jag-U-Are in only 1 layer like this:

• Scotch tape for defining border of the down (narrow) part of the heart
• Painting upper part of the heart with two strokes with red nail polish
• Fill the empty parts between upper part of heart and scotch tape if needed
• Remove scotch tape

I've finished manicure with Seche Vite top coat for fast drying.

Catrice – 460 In The Bronx

Are you still feeling cold? This manicure could warm you up :)
It is a nice warm bronze shade - Catrice - In the Bronx

I've took pictures of this one in different angles and various illumination, so you might think it is different nail polish, but, in fact, it's the same one, even the same manicure. Polish dazzled myself with it's many faces :)

I like Catrice polishes, both price in quality they offer, and even the amount of polish isn't little.

Layers:

• 1 layer of Eveline Maximum Growth
• 2 layers of  Catrice – 460 In The Bronx (almost all Catrice polishes need only 2 coats to get opaque)
• 1 layer of Seche Vite fast drying top coat
